The packing tape has a 2 inch core, which allows 127% more tape to fit on the same diameter roll. Our 150 running meter packing tape is available in various colors and quality levels. This PP tape is particularly economical, as it requires fewer roll changes than a standard 66 linear meter packing tape. This results in further economic advantages:

More tape, with the same roll diameter, means you need less storage space than before.

We assume an average annual consumption of 10 pallets of tape for a medium-sized company. This corresponds to a Number of pieces of 30,240 rolls. The number of rolls of 150 running meters of packing tape per pallet is equal to that of 66 running meters of adhesive tape. Based on this value, you can see your savings in the chart below.
Each roll change is charged with 1.5 min. each. Average values of €25 per pallet for handling and €40 per pallet for storage costs were used to determine the financial savings. Average values were used for the distance traveled by the truck. This results in both cost savings and CO₂ savings.
Industry, mail order and online trade previously preferred more expensive adhesive tapes. But our new hand tape uses a special adhesive formula that combines the best of conventional adhesives. This is how our advanced PK6 adhesive was born. This allows us to offer affordable and at the same time high quality adhesive tapes. PK6 adhesive is environmentally friendly, water-based and meets even the most demanding requirements. Depending on the quality, our adhesive tapes hold packages weighing up to 100 kg securely together at temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +60 °C. Therefore, they are suitable for cold storage and warehouses. The PK6 adhesive retains its strength and adhesive power even with long storage and deliveries.
